The agile scrum Planning Poker Cards can be used as a method for grading tasks. Within this method you can plan tasks using Fibonacci numbers or T-shirt sizes. A fun and simple way to come to a goal oriented planning with your team. This set is good for 4 team members. The Planning Poker Cards package includes: 4 Planning Poker Sets Each set has a ring that can be opened and closed that keep your cards organized. The cards have the numbers 0, ½, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40 and 100. Cards 0 – 5 double as T-shirt sizes that go from XS to XXL. Whatever you prefer! In addition each deck contains a card for coffee that tells the need of a break, and a question mark that indicates the absence of information on a task. If you are not sure how to play, read the guiding steps on the first card that take you through the process. When you are done playing you can hang the cards on a magnetic hook on your whiteboard so you never lose them and are always ready to use.
