Note that This can be a flatpack item and will require assembly. Picture instructions, and a written notice are included with the item, these will have to be looked over carefully, before attempting assembly.
Delivery is via a tracked UK courier (24/48 hour service), any questions in the case of delivery can be put to us. This can be a basic delivery service, delivery is to the front door of the building only.
Any damages or faults will have to be put to us before attempting assembly. You will have to not begin assembly until your problem is resolved by a member of our customer strengthen team. Damage reported after assembly of the item will not be considered for return/refund, this may be the result of flawed assembly. We are unable to accept returns of items which were previously assembled or partially assembled.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you’ll be able to return the product for a refund, within 30 days after delivery. Any product you return will have to be in the original packaging in the condition that you received it, unused, including all internal protective packaging, and accurately secured as before. We cannot accept returns of items which were assembled, these will be treated as ‘used’. Please note that returns will have to be made at buyer’s own cost.
