Data & Calling Service: Our prepaid SIM card does not charge any roaming fees or extra charges and allows you unlimited incoming calls from any country. This 3-in-1 prepaid travel SIM card includes all sizes (standard, micro, and nano). Due to T-mobile tower upgrades, many older smartphones may be restricted to 2G speeds only.
Usage Restrictions: The US travel SIM card allows unlimited calls and SMS to US & Hawaii mobiles and landlines. This prepaid card can only be used in mobile phones and not in data-only devices such as iPads, Tablets, Wifi Dongles, and Mifi devices. There is a 50 GB deprioritization limit. If your exceed a data limit of 50 GB in a network congested area, your data speed drops to 3G ”
Your US-Based Number: Once you activate your international SIM card, your US-based number will be generated. You can use our micro SIM card to access any website or social media apps for international connectivity. NOTE: Simcard will activate between 9am-12pm US Eastern time
Recharge Options: Our international SIM card for iPhone & Android will last 7 Days from activation. If you are staying longer than 7 days and wish to recharge your SIM cards, you can do this by either going into a T-Mobile store or calling T-Mobile customer service 611 from your mobile handset.
